be contacted if necessary - If you do not leave a contact number it will
delay the processing of your order.

with any inquiries or problems you have, your e-mail will be answered
quickly and professionally by a person NOT an auto responder.
Please note that on average, our email
response time is currently within 24 hours.
At Oxbridge Casuals we believe honesty
is the best policy and we think it’s important to manage our customer’s
expectations.
RETURNS
If
you need to return an item please within 7 days of purchase, quoting your original shopper ID number. We
will then inform you of the returns procedure.
If the item is in any way faulty Oxbridge Casuals will refund the cost
of the postage etc. If the item is unsuitable for any reason return the
item for a full purchase amount refund. All returns must be in the original
manufacturers packaging with all tags attached.
